About Me

My photo
I'm a retired primary school teacher, who started paper crafting in 2008, when I had a fancy to make my own Christmas cards. Since then, I have tried all sorts of techniques and styles - and I kind of like them all. I have been lucky enough to be on blog teams and large design teams and to do a bit of freelance demonstrating - and I love the challenge of working with different products. My crafting style is very varied - from junk journaling and art journaling, bookbinding and journal making, to quilting and patchwork - and of course I still make cards. This variety keeps me interested - and my crafty stash growing!! I'm always seeking inspiration for new projects.

Day 60 - and last day of sharing favourites.

Evening!! Well, what a day!! A generally busy one for me - running this morning, followed by a quick sewing session. Then off to work this evening! And arriving home to the amazing news that Crafter's Companion will be launching some fab new products on Hochanda this week!! How exciting!!
And today is the final day of sharing favourite makes from 2015. And this one is a really simple make - but when it was shown on TV, it seemed to be very popular - which makes it a favourite with me!!
It was for the launch of the Times Gone By CD in March last year - and the images just lent themselves to some real vintage looking samples. Details can be found by clicking here.
