About Me

My photo
I'm a retired primary school teacher, who started paper crafting in 2008, when I had a fancy to make my own Christmas cards. Since then, I have tried all sorts of techniques and styles - and I kind of like them all. I have been lucky enough to be on blog teams and large design teams and to do a bit of freelance demonstrating - and I love the challenge of working with different products. My crafting style is very varied - from junk journaling and art journaling, bookbinding and journal making, to quilting and patchwork - and of course I still make cards. This variety keeps me interested - and my crafty stash growing!! I'm always seeking inspiration for new projects.

White on white

It's the start of a new fortnightly challenge at Use Your Craft Stash, and we are up to W and X. Today's card is a W - am still pondering quite what X may entail!! So, my W card is a White on White "With Love From Me to You" Wreath of flowers.

I used an 8x8 white card blank, and cut a wreath shape with Spellbinders Grand Circles and Scalloped Circles from Snow White Centura Pearl.

The flowers were cut using Sara Signature Garden of Love 3D Layered Rose and Daisy, and Essentials Flowers For All Occasions 1, 3 and 4, from more Centura Pearl, white linen card, plain white card and white vellum.

Looking forward to seeing all your creations, while I ponder what Xs I can find for my next project.

Happy crafting,
Cxxx
