About Me

My photo
I'm a retired primary school teacher, who started paper crafting in 2008, when I had a fancy to make my own Christmas cards. Since then, I have tried all sorts of techniques and styles - and I kind of like them all. I have been lucky enough to be on blog teams and large design teams and to do a bit of freelance demonstrating - and I love the challenge of working with different products. My crafting style is very varied - from junk journaling and art journaling, bookbinding and journal making, to quilting and patchwork - and of course I still make cards. This variety keeps me interested - and my crafty stash growing!! I'm always seeking inspiration for new projects.

It's Bebunni Floral Sneak Peek Time!!

A very good morning to you!! And this morning I have something that I know people have been anticipating for a while now!! It's Bebunni Floral!!! Yay!! There is a gorgeous CD Rom, along with 8 stamps - and some beautiful little dies.
For my first sneak peek, I have a telescopic card. It's the first time I've made one of these - and it's really quite straight forward!! You need to start with three circles (am sure it would work with other shapes like hexagons) of different sizes, decorate each one, connect them with brads - and hey presto.
So, I used one of the circular Topper Companions for the images on Neenah Solar White, and printed three different papers onto Centura Pearl Hint of Silver.

I used a combination of Die'sire Essential Circle and Chantilly Lace Stamping Frame dies for the smaller mats and layers. The sentiment (doesn't show too well in the photo) is from the Die'sire Sentimentals Ornate collection. I used my Spectrum Noir pen BT3 rather than ink.
The little flowers that you can see are cut with the Bebunni Floral Collection Daisy die - and the butterflies are from the Butterfly and Bee die set.

There will be plenty of sneak peeks from myself and all the team - so watch out on Facebook and on the blogs for loads more inspiration.

  1. A beautiful card. I love the telescopic design and Bebunni is so cute. The backing design looks great printed onto the silver Centura Pearl card and the little flowers and butterflies finish the card perfectly. Sally D.x.
